Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on food items once they have been opened, used, or consumed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsafe for consumption, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
- You must contact us before sending any item back

Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong order
- A package that appears tampered with
Contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used food products
- Perishable goods
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom orders
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumable products that have been opened or altered after delivery.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a replacement, we may send a replacement product at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- Up to 10 business days for processing
- Additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- A damaged item
- An incorrect order
- A defective product caused by our error
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
