Meet Abdurahman, The Pre-Med Student Who Spent His Marriage Savings Trying To Make Black Seed Taste Better
My name is Abdurahman. I’m a 20 year old pre-med student studying to become a doctor and the founder of The Sunnah Foods. A year ago, I was balancing a couple of jobs and saving as much money as I could to inshaAllah get married young.
Then I came across a traditional black seed recipe and decided to make it myself for the benefits. I already knew the benefits and history behind black seed, so I was excited to make it, but then it didn’t taste very good.
Months later, I came back determined to make it better. I took all the money I had saved to eventually find a wife and get married and invested it into ingredients, equipment, testing, and months of manufactering until I had a recipe that was smooth, enjoyable, and something I would actually want to take every day.
Now my goal is to grow The Sunnah Foods so more people can enjoy the benefits of black seed without having to force down its bitter taste while, inshaAllah, rebuilding what I invested so I can find a wife and finally get married.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within Canada typically takes 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Some customers notice changes within the first 1–2 weeks — especially with energy, digestion, and skin. For joint pain and hair benefits, most people see meaningful results after 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use.
Creamed honey is raw honey that has been carefully controlled during crystallization to produce a smooth, spreadable texture. Unlike liquid honey it will not drip or run. Our creamed honey is slow-crafted over two full weeks to achieve that signature thick, velvety consistency.
We recommend one teaspoon once or twice daily. Many customers take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, or mixed into warm water, tea, or yogurt. Consistency is key — the benefits of black seed and honey build over time with regular daily use.
Our honey is sourced locally here in Alberta — home of the mountains, known for producing some of the world's finest honey. Bees forage from rich floral sources to create exceptionally pure, high-quality honey. Alberta's beekeeping standards and isolated northern climates help avoid many of the harsh pesticides and food adulteration issues seen in other mass-market honeys.

Honey doesn't actually require any processing or pasteurization to be safe to eat and have an extremely long shelf life since it is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.
Please note: there is a risk of the presence of Clostridium botulinum (botulism) spores in all honey, both pasteurized and unpasteurized. Adults and older children can digest these without any risk, however, do not feed honey to infants less than 1 years old as their digestive systems have not fully developed to kill these spores.

I imagined the honey to taste a little bitter but it balances out beautifully! Tastes rlly good, and it spreads very nicely. Would buy again 10/10!
I got this for my mom and she really loves it it gives her lots of energy
I really like Sunnahfoods black seed with honey. It has a pleasant taste, it's not bitter and doesn't have that horrible after taste like when you take pressed black seed oil. This mixture is made with honey which makes it very effective. I have been using it for one month and I can already feel the benefits of this product. Improved digestion, reduced bloating. Just one teaspoon in the morning on empty stomach. The price is reasonable and ships very fast. I highly recommend this product.
The product was extremely soothing and excellent for my vocal cords. I had actually started experiencing vocal strain from leading the prayers during Ramadan. But by the grace of Allah, this honey was amazing at soothing and relieving my vocal cords after the strain they went through during the month. I ended up finishing the entire jar in less than 20 days. 😅
I'm very happy with the Creamed Black Seed Honey. It has a smooth, creamy texture and a delicious natural taste, making it easy to include in my daily routine. I especially like the combination of honey and black seed, which are traditionally valued for their antioxidant and general wellness properties. It's a convenient way to add black seed to my diet and feels like a great natural addition for overall health and well-being. The quality and packaging are also excellent. I would definitely recommend this product and will purchase it again!
Alhamdullilah, I've been using this honey the past week and for what it is, it is actually quite good. Comparing it to normal honey, its not the same but it is still really close. And to compare this to having black seed oil, it is wayy better. As someone who had tried to implement black seed oil into my diet a few months back, that idea died out real quick, especially with that nasty after taste that would sit for hours. But this honey gets rid of that completely and still provides that sweetness. I definitely will be continuing to use this honey in my morning coffee and would highly recommend it.
Anytime I was sick with my brother’s it was really helpful. it tastes like honey and it’s not bitter. I would recommend it to anyone that is sick.
Very good Mashallah
Alhamdulillah, this is the best honey I have ever eaten and tasted. It is a Sunnah food—honey and black sesome—made by the Sunnahfood7 company. I personally met the owner; he is a very nice person.

Jazakallah khair for the samples. The honey mixture was really good it was my first time having it and it didn’t disappoint!
Def a good taste despite having black seed in it, loved it a lot. Bought like 3 more after my first purchase. And it’s really healthy honestly with no added sugars at all just the natural sugar in the honey. It also makes you so energized. I recommend it for athletes. Helped me a lot with boxing
This honey is great! Its very balanced in sweetness and bitterness.

One of its kind, my friends! Good for breakfast. Tasty and healthy
The product has healthy and beneficial ingredients and it is very tasty. We can appreciate the unchanged flavor of honey containing these healthy ingredients.
Tasty, healthy and beneficial ingredients, Sunnah-endorsed; what more can one ask for? Very difficult to mix anything with honey and maintain its consistency, while still able to experience the other natural ingredients. Keep up the great work, honored to be among the first to know about it before “The Sunnah Foods” makes the big leagues!
Wonderful honey! We enjoy the unique flavour of this honey, especially on toast with nut butter. Get some for yourself and enjoy the health benefits too.
